Documents needed for school online enrollment:

1) Student complete immunization record
2) Birth certificate (passport first page for name spelling - if new to the country)
3) One parent ID
4) Two documents for proof of residency
a) Rental contract or mortgage statement or property tax bill
b) One utility bill
5) For students enroll in secondary (Oak and HS) - Official and unofficial transcript
